I led Exploratorio Sombrero, a participatory democracy and community-organizing project in Melipilla, Chile, where I worked with neighbors to explore grassroots power to transform an urban hill into the city’s first public park. I  facilitated a series of participatory workshops to surface community perspectives and explore collective identity, engaging municipal officials and other stakeholders.
